Tad greets everyone that visits with his big wonderful toothy smile. He is a gentle, quiet, and patient pack leader. He calms his family, canine and human, when they are upset. At shows he is the epitome of the aristocrat of hounds, rarely showing his goofy side but if you happen to see him at the hotel you may get a glimpse! Sire of 2 litters, to date, out of Specialty winning bitches, he had produced some lovely puppies. Several BCOA National AOM winners, multiple specialty major winners from both litters and AKC Champions, a Dual Champion, a Gazehound Racing Champion, with several more on their way to various titles. This dog with his exceptional temperament is also sporting full dentition and scissors bite with dark pigment and eye color. He’s passed all his OFA health testing.

Full dentition, scissors bite, excellent front assembly, balanced light ground covering side gait with soundness. Heavily coated, tri/brindle with dark eye and pigment. Blaise is a powerhouse on the move be it running or trotting. He garnered most of his points in 2 weekends of shows, then finished at BCOC Specialty under Judge Shirley McFadden at 2 years old all from BBE. During that time he earned 3 Specialty Best bred by exhibitor awards, his only shows, except the 2012 National were he was best opposite in Futurity. He loves people and nothing phases this boy. Being very biddable, we are doing some obedience training and hope to compete in triathlon.

Landon is one of my favorite borzoi, maybe it’s because as a week old pup he suffered a bite to his face that left it a bit misshapen as it landed on the growth plate which deformed an adult tooth in the process as well. When I saw it I quickly applied a cold compress for swelling and he lay his head on my shoulder and gave a big sigh. Our souls have been intertwined ever since. His show career was a very short path to championship finishing at the tender age of 14 months in only 4 weekends, including majors at a Hounds show and trophy supported entry. His first time as a special, moved up so he could still participate in Sweepstakes, he went BOB over 8 specials, 7 which were currently in the top 10. In 2012, at the BCOA National he was one of the 3 male Awards of Merit. Racing is one of his favorite games so he easily finished his racing championship and also has done some open field and lure coursing.

Portia is one of the smartest dogs I’ve ever owned or bred. I always say she could talk if she had the right equipment! As a youngster she needed her attention channeled so we started in obedience while she was maturing for the show ring. She finished her CD in 3 tries and the highlight was going High in Trial at the Rhode Island BCOA National from the Novice B class. We then went onto Rally where she easily worked her way up to the Rally Excellent title. She showed great promise as a coursing hound only to be attacked on her first two runs which ruined her career permanently. However, it did not affect her racing career where she quickly acquired her SGRC and that year was in the top 10 all breed and top 5 breed LGRA. Portia was a specialty best in sweepstakes winner and finished her AKC bench title easily, expertly handled mostly by Amelia Gredys, who also piloted her to her Specialty Best in Show win as well as both her BCOA National Awards of Merit.
